Our crepe finishing conveyor is an automated solution designed to optimize and standardize the filling and shaping process in high-speed food processing.

The conveyor belt then automatically folds and rolls the crepe. Thanks to a synchronized and adjustable mechanism, it can:

• fold the crepe into a half-moon or a wallet shape,

• to achieve a tight and even rolling motion

• adapt to different pancake diameters and textures.

Its robust and hygienic design meets current health requirements, with food-contact compatible materials and easy cleaning.

The speed, dosage and folding parameters are adjustable to adapt to production volumes and the specifics of each recipe.
